🛍️ Orders & Products

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save shipping details for future purchases.

Q: Can I order fabric in custom lengths?
Yes, most of our fabrics can be ordered by the meter. Simply select the desired quantity before adding to cart.

Q: Are the colors of the fabrics accurate?
We try to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Q: Do you offer stitching or tailoring services?
Currently, we do not offer tailoring. We provide unstitched or shift fabrics that you can get stitched by your preferred tailor.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹999 (or as mentioned in our current promotions).

Q: Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.


🔁 Returns & Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged or wrong items only. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is defective or incorrect.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery, where available).

Q: Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed via secure and trusted payment gateways with encryption to protect your data.


📦 Other Questions

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, but we're working on adding this option soon.

Q: Do you deliver internationally?
At the moment, we ship only within India. For bulk or international orders, please contact us directly.
